As soon as possible we intend to build a new purpose built children’s day nursery. At the same time we will create a new café and make available more space for the fitness centre. The third part of the development will be a new serviced office block with offices of varying sizes but with particular emphasis on the small to medium sized enterprise. When the new block is completed we will offer virtual office space.
We are researching the creation of our own power supply. Price rises and power cuts are predicted to become more regular than hitherto and we aim to provide a guaranteed power supply to Brackenholme.
We have established links which we believe will give Brackenholme business park an important part to play in helping our region establish itself as a vital place to be in the 21st century. We intend to look forward, embrace new technologies and encourage new businesses to build a new tomorrow. |
